Our LoB is planning to enhance its capacities for professional delivery management for cloud SuccessFactors implementations and is offering the position for a “(Senior) Business Consultant (HCM / SFSF) for Leading and implementing complex global projects.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

  • Be the consistent face of project delivery from the initial bid process through to project completion (including post go-live hypercare)

  • Create ongoing and sustainable relationships with customers

  • Understand customer’s HR priorities and HR calendar and help define detailed implementation plan

  • Ensure successful go live on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction (100% reference-ability)

  • Support and collaborate with all team members to ensure a strong SAP SuccessFactors

  • Drive continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors and Cloud Delivery

  • In partnership with sales identify SuccessFactors opportunities, scope customer needs and develop winning solutions

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a Business Consultant, you work with combined teams of Consulting experts and partner companies on customer solutions during implementations:

Your tasks will be:

  • Performing of changes in alignment with business processes & solution architecture

  • Identify potential improvements

  • Optimize HR business processes and solution architecture and help customers to adopt Best Practices during implementation tasks

  • Drive innovation by identifying optimization opportunities in “Human Resources”

  • Lead projects involving multiple teams, including people from different regions and cultures

  • Work as Solution Architect and create instance strategy, integration strategy, data migration strategy, production cutover strategy and post go live support strategy etc.

  • Support customer to complete online learning (PTOs and virtual admin training)

  • Address any concerns immediately, with transparency and understanding

  • Provide best/leading practices and guidance on cross module process and data integration

  • Maintain knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors product-suite, including reviewing the quarterly release updates

  • Sufficient HR domain knowledge related to the products for discussions with HR leaders

  • Business blueprinting (business requirements gathering and analysis)

  • Success factor implementation / configuration in demanding customers

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment and be a strong team player.

  • Keep the Customer Satisfaction levels high by providing timely services with the highest quality, with proper communication mechanisms

  • Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently, actively promoting innovation

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Degree in sciences (computer, natural, technical) or equivalent work experience

  • Background in key methodologies for efficient deployment and operation of SAP applications

  • Knowledge in the following areas: HR Core, HR Business Processes, HR IT Architecture

  • High and fast learning capacity and strong will to acquire new skills

  • Solid understanding of SAP Successfactors with additional on-prem SAP HCM beneficial

  • Ability to guide customers on SAP On-premise HCM to SAP Successfactors cloud transition

  • Excellent understanding of SAP Activate methodology

  • Good knowledge of MS Project and other project management tools

  • Good knowledge of JAM and document management tools

  • Ability to review existing processes then give accurate estimation and scoping for new SAP Successfactors implementation / migrations

  • Profound experience of the implementation of the SuccessFactors product portfolio in at least one of the following areas would be beneficial:

  • Employee Central (EC)

  • EC Payroll – HCM Payroll (PA/OM)

  • Career Site Builder / Recruiting Marketing / Onboarding

  • Performance & Goals

  • Compensation / Variable Pay

  • Succession & Development

  • Other SuccessFactors modules knowledge is a plus

  • Solution Architecture

  • Technology & Integration

  • Additional knowledge of one or more HCM core modules is highly appreciated

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum five years consulting / project management experience

  • Experience with at least two full cycle implementation preferred

  • Leading mid-big size consultant teams

  • Work with big-size customers
