PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
This SAP Cloud Platform COE Specialist will be responsible for scaling the selling motions of SAP Cloud Platform within the given Market Unit(Korea). The role will work with local teams identifying, executing and closing sales opportunities as well as creating and running Demand Generation programs and enabling and scaling the local sales teams. This is a role with responsibility for growing SAP Cloud Platform revenue in the allocated MU’s.
Key responsibilities of the CP COE Expert:
Strategic Deal support for SAP Cloud Platform / Constantly evangelize SAP Cloud Platform
Sales and pipeline reporting / Create and execute demand generation programs
Be a go-to-person for field colleagues looking for all support and advice around SAP Cloud Platform
Be a domain expert for SAP Cloud Platform
Identify and drive sales opportunities especially in the large customer segment
Drive Enablement Activities both internally and externally to help to scale local teams
Collaborate with internal expert teams to quickly take advantage of global best practices & Collaborate and build relationships with the SAP Sales team
Skills & Competencies
Expert business knowledge of the PaaS markets, including deep knowledge of the offerings in the market today
Experience pricing, packaging, and taking solutions to market
Solution understanding of SAP’s software portfolio
Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix environment and virtual team.
Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills.
A self starter, with energy and drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
7 years experience in Solution/Product Management, with experience in business development
Sales exposure, as well as working with development at an enterprise software vendor.
Experience at a large, multi-national software/technology organization is a plus.
4 years experience with Cloud solutions. Experience with Cloud Business Models is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of SAP Platform solutions, business strategy, and operating procedures is a plus..
Master Degree in Computer Science or related field OR Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with experience, Management Degree will be a plus.
