Responsibilities :

  • Hire, train and manage a team of Mid-Market Sales Executive

  • Supports Sales Executive in top deals / complex sales opportunities whenever high degrees of seniority, industry knowledge and knowledge of the overall strategy are required

  • Set Up the Strategies to meet goals in the Mid-Market of the Region you and your team are responsible for

  • Initiates recruiting and drives evaluation process to hire and attract Early Sales Talent

  • Coach and Motivates the team to exceed goals and to introduce innovative strategies for successful coverage

  • Establish and nurture relationships with Key Stakeholders : Internal and External (Partners)

Required Skills/Experience

  • Several years of Sales Experience, preferably Enterprise Applications

  • Strong motivation to step up into a management role

  • Outstanding communication, organizational, time management and listening skills

  • Languages : French and Flemish/Dutch native/business level and Business proficiency in English

  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment

  • Leadership Skills to manage a team of Early Sales Talent

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, MBA/Master's degree or equivalent preferred
