The Team: GB Presales

GB (General Business) Presales play a critical role in SAP’s growth strategy for the next 20 years. GB Presales are often deemed as the best-in-class SAP masters of engaging customers remotely. Remote engagement is the only way to connect with the large volumes of exciting customers who are growing their business to be the leaders of tomorrow. GB Presales are seen as cutting edge innovators by both our customers and colleagues. The GB Presales work closely with Commercial Sales in the Mid-Market to understand client requirements and help define sales strategy.

Your Tasks:

As the Visual Communication Intern you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in the design and development of layouts for sales and marketing materials, using appealing graphics that are well organized

  • Assist in managing digital media assets

  • Contribute graphic design for a variety of digital mediums.

Our Expectations from You:

Support Sales and Presales in the creation of innovative graphic, animated video content aimed at specific customers to help them visualize how SAP will help them be a leader in their industry.

  • Proficiency in software for graphic design, desktop publishing, and presentations, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

  • Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)

  • Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills.

  • Excellent people management skills to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

  • A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

  • Time Management and Commitment to respect dead-lines

  • Knowledge of social media platforms

The approximate dates of this internship are September 2018 through February 2019. The location is SAP’s Barcelona Office. Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.

Work experience:

Proven experience delivering concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.


Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree or recent graduate of Media, Visual Communications, Video Production, Film Production or similar program. Student status required.


  • Proficient in English

  • Proficient in French or Spanish is a plus
