The team will be working on Integrating Ariba Operational Procurement Applications with SAP S/4HANA In-Memory Enterprise resource management suite which provides exposure to latest technologies like oDATA, eSOA and for UI development using Angular JS etc.
As a Quality Associate you will have an opportunity to accelerate the innovation and delivery of the Ariba products. You will influence better software design, quality and delivery of customer features by automating tests and customer use cases. You will create tools so that developers can test their own code. You will have the opportunity to work on internet scale level problems and complex business problems. You will work with Java, Selenium, and Ariba Cloud technologies. A successful candidate should be incredibly passionate about the user experience and be very result-oriented person.
Code, test, and document changes for new functionality and enhancements.
Understand the requirements and write detailed test plan documents and automation plan which will cover actual customer use cases.
Build robust automation cases to ensure high quality software.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes to prevent future issues.
Support peers by reviewing code, review and evaluate technical design, should be able to come up with new ideas on team productivity improvement.
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design Principles, Data Structures and Algorithms.
Well versed with Software Testing principles and automation frameworks.
Experience with Selenium or Junit test automation.
Strong Java experience, XML, HTML-based web technologies and relational database products.
Good Linux and/or Unix knowledge.
Strong programming skills with working knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently in a very dynamic and adaptive environment.
Ability to work with new software, frameworks and APIs when required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science / equivalent.
