We are looking for an experienced Communications Analyst to join our team and develop state of the art communication strategy to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of our team while increasing your solution knowledge and fuel your career advancement aspirations.
The Technology Communications analyst acts as the liaison between the SDO customer engagement team and our business partners and stakeholders; completes business cases in support of projects; participates in or facilitates communications modeling efforts.
Develops, supports and promotes company goals, including message development, social media content creation and media outreach
Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase our visibility among stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with internal audiences that will help advance our work
Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage them
Ensure digital content aligns with our brand’s identity and message, and assist with targeted campaigns as needed
Work closely with critical resources to develop and strengthen employee engagement activities
Reviews information and trends to ensure that the output of processes achieve the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels
Conducts maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
Identifies issues and risks
Detects inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
Participates in the problem resolution process
Tracks major incident management process to ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas
Prepares incident details for post-mortem incident reviews
Extracts reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
Maintains a complete understanding of and adheres to all established policies and processes
Conducts interviews and performs analysis to create business cases for projects
Conducts preliminary investigation for all project requests. Review requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects
Participates in business process management group efforts to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes owned by the group
Participates in root cause analysis to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity and customer experience
May act as a project manager on some projects
5 years of relevant experience, such as technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing including experience with writing technical customer-facing materials.
Experience working with support Engineers and Customer Success Managers to help drive customer engagement and adoption, including contributing to knowledge base articles, developing migration guides and FAQs
Work with Release, Central Operations engineers and DevOps engineers to ensure the alignment and awareness on process enhancements
Experience with communication content definition preferred
Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively
Experience working in customer relations preferred
Basic technology knowledge like web/mobile or infrastructure
Proven experience engineering technology operations communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with end-user process documentation
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong attention to detail
Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Full time graduation from a Premium Institute with academiics through-Out.
