Role & Responsibilities
Coordinates and executes projects along with internal customers
Liaise with LoBs to roll-in all IT requirements via LoB/IT planning, collecting feedbacks, and roll-out Global IT standard/projects/solutions.
Work out current and future IT needs by consulting with people at all levels about the current work systems and decide how improvements could be made.
Participate and contribute to APJ/Global IT initiatives
Ensure conformance to organization’s IT security policies and guidelines; review security implementations.
Execution of technical feasibility studies / solution.
Understand and execute technical blueprint for internal IT projects
Self-starter & ability to infuse Innovation through out of the box thinking and industry experience
Analyzes and anticipates the impact of upcoming technologies and market developments to initiate innovation.
Translates creative ideas into plans and action. Explores new ideas, regardless of their source, to realize their value and make them a reality. Thinks beyond boundaries.

Tracking, collecting data and generate various reports for management.
BE/B.Sc/Diploma in Computer Science or Electronics with an aggregate score of 60% or above from a reputed college. MCSE, CCNA, Linux certifications are optional.
At least with 5 years’ experience in IT domain, particularly experience in handling IT infrastructure projects.
Independently handling of IT infrastructure projects
Experience in Systems Design and/or Architecture decisions of IT infrastructure
Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals
Experience in working with cross-functional teams
IT backend technology experience
IT knowledge on different technical areas (backend, frontend, printing, networking, etc.)
Skills and Competencies
Able to work under extreme pressure, critical situations, and extreme tight deadlines
Continuous learning - Demonstrates ongoing drive to continuously expand one’s own professional capabilities to fuel the continued/ongoing growth and success of SAP.
Very good Knowledge on one operating system and fair knowledge on other operating systems (Windows, Linux and MACOS).
Solid knowledge on One Drive, Share Point etc.
Flare for modern technologies.
Ensure conformance to organization’s IT security policies, processes and guidelines.
Self-starter, highly motivated and excellent team player.
Excellent follow-up and tracking skills.
Basic networking, security and server operating systems knowledge.
Demonstrates concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of customers
Demonstrates a good understanding of customers’ business issues and provides business solutions
Strong customer interaction skills, communication skills and presentation skills
Works collaboratively with virtual team across the organization to achieve group goals; energizes people to work together to accomplish business results.
