PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES EXPECTATIONS

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management is a multi-tenant SaaS cloud offering. It is a multi-layered Java/JEE application that offers both desktop and mobile solution (iOS) users.
You will be working as part of an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Development Team and will be responsible to develop new features using latest/cutting edge technologies, enhance and support existing features and technologies.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Very strong HTML/ HTML5 and CSS skills, able to build responsive pages with semantic markup without relying on tooling or libraries.
Expertise in development across browsers.
Experience with multiple frontend technology stacks (jQuery, Prototype, Ext JS, AngularJS, React) is a plus.
Strong analytical and design skills , OOAD , UML.
Expertise in performance tuning and be able to identify performance bottlenecks and address them at the UI layer.
Should independently deliver scoped features with the highest quality. Work with backend engineers for UI integration with backend APIs.
Exposure to Front end unit testing frameworks would be a huge plus eg: Jasmine, Karma etc.
Expertise with Web Accessibility standards – Usage of tools like JAWS, Aria controls etc.
Participate in troubleshooting critical customer/production escalations.
Should be a quick learner and keen on learning/ adapting new technologies.
Mentor Junior Engineers on best practices and do diligent code/ design reviews.
Should be a fantastic team player and collaborator
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- B.E./B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA from a Premium Institute with 65% through out education.
5 years of relevant hands-on experience in full development life cycle software development.
Specializes in web application development and formulates best practices
Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS web applications.
Attention to details
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Exposure to the Agile process, Scrum desired
Exposure to Automation testing, integration, and component testing, TDD/ BDD.
Exposure or relevant experience in SAP UI5 will be a huge plus.
Backed development exposure in Java would be a bonus
