Who do we need?

The New Zealand team is expanding and we have significant growth plans for FY18 following our very successful FY17!

We're not after someone to just sell our products. We are hiring for career minded individuals who have a strong desire to address and solve our customer's business challenges and really understand the value in what we do.

Skill set required:

  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience with selling an ERP, financial/accounting applications, hosted software solutions or a similar technology product to "C" level executives

  • Strategic and complex solution selling experience into the Enterprise & Public Sector with an influential presence amongst existing networks in New Zealand

  • Ability to apply solution based sales methodology through a consultative sales approach to exceed sales targets through a high level of influence, motivation, and commitment

  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to influence successful business outcomes internally and externally to meet company objectives

What will you do?

  • Manage an assigned territory portfolio to strategically target, hunt and develop new business within the Government sector to achieve sales objectives

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships to conduct needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiation, and close

  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholder relationships and third parties to influence key decision-making in the sales process
