PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
“Products and Innovation Solution Packaging” is a global organization enabling SAP customers to transform their business by helping them to adopt business innovation in a scalable way. SAP Best Practices and Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDS) is an integral pillar accomplishing this mission by defining and delivering on the solution packaging strategy.
Best Implementation Practices, across all Lines of Business and innovative solution areas are packaged and offered as SAP Best Practices, or combined with services, as Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDS). Use of this content allows our customers the realization of fast business value, innovation adoption at transparent cost and risk with the flexibility for future growth.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for an intern to strengthen our team around packaged enterprise cloud solutions in the Human Capital Management (HCM) area specifically for SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, delivery and success of a ready-to-consume software focusing on packaging cloud solutions and enhanced them with best practices in the Human Capital Management (HCM) area. In this role, you will be implementing HR business process based on real life best practices adopted by customers and stakeholders.
Collaboration amongst global and local team members is essential. Every team member is encouraged to adopt a holistic view, making the Best Practices an integral part of the solution value proposition. We guide by the principles and mission of team and organization. Enabling our team members to be able to develop themselves in their area of responsibility is key. We support this by training, onboarding sessions and training on the job.
An ideal candidate should (be):
Able to understand the business requirements and work with his or her mentor to deliver individual solution packages in a cross-functional team
Able to quickly learn the technical features and capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent modules (more information on the solution capabilities can be found online)
Able to configure the SuccessFactors solution based on pre-defined HR Best Practices or Business Processes
Able to work with a global team in a collaborative manner
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information technology or Software Engineering or related field
Good business acumen or ability to understand business process
Willingness to embrace new topics and technology
Self-starter with passion to be a hands-on expert in the required filed
Strong focus on quality
Ability to work in an international team environment in a collaborative way
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of HR processes like Recruiting, Employee Administration would be a plus.
Understanding of Cloud Solutions, Cloud deployment, Operations and Delivery
