PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The purpose of the role is to support the Administration Department to achieve smooth running of the daily office operations

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Assisting in the smooth running of daily operations

  • Answering the phone and organize conference calls and meetings

  • Coordination of couriers and mail

  • Coordination of office supplies and office equipment maintenance

  • Processing of invoices, payments and other bank activities

  • Preparation of monthly reports

  • Coordination between all involved parties regarding hotel accommodation and taxi services

  • Assisting in marketing activities and events

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student of Business Administration, Marketing or related fields interested in spending ERASMUS on Cyprus

  • User skill in MS Office (Especially Excel)

  • Fluent Greek (ideally native)

  • Full time availability preffered, in case of part time availability candidate needs to be available in the morning until around noon

  • Advanced written and spoken English

  • Effective communicator / very good interpersonal skills

  • Motivated, energetic personality

No work experience is required.
