Within the Centre of Expertise (CoE) our job is to help our customers run better and support end-to-end SAP implementations. Teams within CoE specialise in areas such as HANA, Operations, Innovation Lab, Analytics and Financial Services.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Working within the area of Enterprise Support you will be responsible for remote customer delivery. You will work with customers delivering Continuous Quality Checks(CQC) and Expert Guided Implementations (EGI) on topics such as S/4HANA, Mobile App Development and Fiori.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Our Service Delivery Engineers deliver across several different areas including

  • Database performance optimization

  • System Sizing and Hardware Analysis

  • Data Migration

  • UX Strategy and Fiori implementation

  • Business Process optimization including FICO, P2P, MM/IM, PM, PP

  • Custom Code Management

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

We are looking candidates with IT expertise who in addition may have a functional background with some knowledge in distribution, accounting or manufacturing industries with a relevant Honours Degree who are looking for a challenge in a dynamic environment whilst focusing on customer need and delivery. If you want to make a difference in how the world’s biggest brands run software solutions this could be your next opportunity. Fluency in English both written and verbal is a must and German is an advantage but not a requirement.
