Within the Centre of Expertise (CoE) our job is to help our customers run better and support end-to-end SAP implementations. Teams within CoE specialise in areas such as HANA, Operations, Innovation Lab, Analytics and Financial Services and supply chain solutions & platforms and S/4 HANA . Within the Centre of Expertise (CoE) our job is to help our customers run better and support End-to-End SAP
implementations. As a CoE employee you will have the opportunity to apply and improve experience in the following
Onsite and Remote customer service and implementation project delivery
Customer solution scoping and deployment using S/4H and Industry Best Practices Solutions in your functional or technical area of expertise
Development of functional specific requirements and work on next generation Max attention projects like Innovation Control Center, Integration Validation and Consulting
Perception and navigation beyond key functional area with understanding of integration between differentSAP modules.
Design of specific software requirements within your application area
Analysis of business requirements and gaps in customer solutions
Application of extensive programming skills in real customer implementation or engineering projects to develop innovative solutions or customer enhancements to meet business requirements or to improve overall business process performance
Applying Design Thinking or other innovative methodologies in solving customer problems or designing solutions
Applying software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) during internal and external projects
Delivery of Engineering services (Integration Validation, Rapid Prototyping, Zero Modification) to ensure customer value realization
Delivery of Assessment and Optimization services and supporting critical Escalations primarily in the
Americas region (US and Latin America) & EMEA & UK
BackOffice support for critical issue resolution in your functional or technical area of expertise
Act as Liaison for critical customers, accepting responsibility for effective and proactive solution or systemmanagement and issue resolution.

2 years of practical experience with S/4HANA development, consulting, testing & support
Experienced working in Technical and Functional roles in S/4HANA Implementations/Projects and Support projects
Deep Knowledge in S/4HANA Processes (functional and technical) – Procurement, Logistics Manufacturing and planning
Knowledge in integration scenarios of S/4HANA with Ariba and Fieldglass and Sucessfactors, Hybris
Experience in Fieldglass or Ariba will be advantage
Deep Knowledge in integration frameworks, APIs with other Cloud or on-premise solutions
Experienced in S/4HANA 1709 Cloud, S/4HANA 1610 on-premise - Mandatory
Knowledge in S/4HANA on cloud and SAP Activate Methodolgy desired and preferable
Knowledge on S/4HANA technical changes and road map on functionalities- mandatory
Knowledge on S/4HANA deployment strategies and integration technologies- mandatory
Experienced on bug fixing, trace analysis and troubleshooting experience in S/4HANA- mandatory
Experienced in S/4HANA Best practices and activate methodology- mandatory
Experienced in S/4HANA configuration techniques, debugging- mandatory
Strong expertise on S/4HANA code base mandatory and code inspection - mandatory
Experienced in Custom code adoption to S/4HANA (usage procedure log, SCMON, CCLM, ATC Remote code analysis, SPDD, SAPU_ENH, ATC S/4HANA Checks, Abap SQL Monitor, Custom Code Migration Worklist, Simplification database) – will be advantage and preferable
Knowledge in S/4HANA Deployment scenarios, hybrid model in Cloud and on premise – mandatory
Ability to Architect S/4HANA Deployment scenarios
Knowledge in HCP platform and HEC will be an advantage
Experienced in S/4HANA Industry solutions will be an advantage
Knowledge in S/4HANA embedded Analytics, S/4HANA simplification list, S/4HANA road map
Experienced as Architect in designing the solution, business processes with SAP best practices
Cross functional application expertise in ECC 6.0 EHP8 MM/PP/PM/PLM and IBP experience
Experienced in Model Company for S/4HANA and setting up end-to-end process
Experienced & Knowledge in Application Architecture of S/4HANA and Fiori
Ability for detailed design and ability for create prototype in Build Phase
Functional experience on S/4 EWM and S/4 TM can be a advantage
Knowledge in S/4HANA Localization will be advantage and desired
Ability to deliver S/4HANA discovery, S/4HANA strategy roadmap, IT Planning, Migration workshops
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Graduated with an Honours Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Physics/Mathematics/Engineering or related discipline
Excellent customer focus, teamwork and communication skills (oral/written)
Fluent in written and spoken English
SAP internal employees preferred but not mandatory
