Challenge yourself by selling the intrinsic value of our solutions to our Mid-Size prospects. Grow with one of the most successful field sales organizations in the world as a Mid-Market Sales Executive.

Based in Barcelona, the primary responsibility of the Mid Market Sales Executive is to build and manage a pipeline of software license opportunities and incremental revenue for the Dutch market directly or with channel partners.


  • Develop strategic territory business plan.

  • Directly interact with CXO to position the value of our portfolio as supported by ROI, business case development, references, and supporting analyst data.

  • Assemble, prepare, and manage the Virtual Account Team consisting of Solution Engineers, Customer Engagement Managers, Strategic Partners and other relevant roles so that SAP's solutions are well positioned in the account.

  • Identify, Recruit, and Close new Customers within your patch and through specialized partners.

  • Pursue professional and personal development.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s degree, preferably in business

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in complex solution sales

  • Successful experience in multichannel go-to-market models

  • Native Dutch

  • Fluent English

  • Good business software knowledge and understanding of business processes, and changing

  • Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results, teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly
