SUMMARY

For this position we prefer native Danish, Swedish and Finish speakers . Only candidates currently holding a student status will be considered for the internship position.

The intern will support a team of 6 to 8 account executives increasing the lead and opportunity pipeline on specific solutions and closing incremental deals.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Generate Volume Business Pipeline :

•Plan call strategy and action plan in alignment with the Commercial Sales Team.

•Drive proactive campaign, manage Tier 2 accounts

•Engage with Strategy Presentation

•Drive outbound call, digital activity into net new contacts (Lines of business)

Drive Volume Business Sales:

•Generate, manage and handover leads and opportunities by developing and driving effective calling and selling strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific value propositions.

•The trainee will be driving the whole sales cycle by himself, with the support of the account manager, for the incremental opportunities identified by him/her.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Experience in high volume work environments including phone-centric work would be a plus.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Ideally 5th year of University degree in Business Administration (Master Student)

Skills:

•Proven sales drive

•Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor

•Ability to work independently, be proactive with a strong drive for results

•Must have a good Business English

•Good IT/ preferably business software knowledge and understanding of SAP solutions

•Capacity to listen actively in order to identify prioritized customer needs

•Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business

•Ability to articulate the SAP value proposition clearly in a defined industry and line of business context

•Strong facility with teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly
