EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Facilitate process definition for SDC Quality Management System

  • Conduct training for project teams on SDC Quality Management System

  • Good experience in auditing skills

  • Good experience in Statistical Process Control

  • Good exposure to ISO 27001 standard

  • Advising project teams regarding quality related topics throughout the whole project lifecycle.

  • Facilitate process compliance to Quality methodology

  • Facilitate causal analysis meetings

  • Facilitate continuous process improvement and automation practices.

  • Deep knowledge of SAP methodologies including Activate Methodology

  • Good exposure to Agile SCRUM / XP methodology

  • Work with Project manager to ensure predictable quality of delivery

  • Raise quality issues, risks and early warnings in various governance forums at right time

  • Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to positively influence the practitioner in deploying quality management processes

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment. Flexibility and adaptability are must haves to be successful in this role

  • Ability to quickly assess the appropriateness of a project set-up, derive necessary adjustments and respective management decision

  • Strong analytical skills, effectiveness in problem-solving, results-oriented, pragmatic, hands-on person

  • Mature and proactive with a high sense of responsibility and reliability

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with key stakeholders across different lines of business and hierarchies

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Team player with proven record in motivating team members from various locations, disciplines and nationalities

  • Knowledge of SAP Product standards is added advantage

  • Knowledge of the main certification methods (ISO, CMMI, etc.) is a plus

  • Knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Data Protection Management Systems (DPMS)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree.

  • Must be able to work as a team player, yet can work independently.

  • Analytical, results-driven and have a solution oriented approach.

  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening.

  • Must be open to travel. WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.

  • Prefer prior experience involving client/customer interaction (consulting engagements)
